The bed accommodates most standard Queen mattresses. The cabinet must be anchored to a wall with a minimum ceiling height of 91. 1 inches without crown molding and 93 inches with crown molding. The open bed extends 92. 3 inches from the wall.

- For installation and to avoid risk of injury, use only a professional or qualified person with knowledge of the wall structure, studs, and components. Bed may be attached to wood studs, metal studs, or masonry wall structures; masonry requires use of concrete screws (not provided)
- Quality laminated particle board compliant with TSCA Title VI; bed accommodates most standard Queen mattresses (8-12 inches thick, 60-90 lb, 60 x 80 inches, no futons) to let you choose the most comfortable option (mattress not included)
- Open bed extends 92.3 inches from the wall and minimum ceiling height of anchoring wall is 91.1 inches without crown moldings and 93 inches with crown moldings; assembly required (3 people recommended)
- Dual piston system allows you to fold the bed up and down safely and quickly and EuroSlat mattress support system increases the sleeper’s comfort (box spring not required); maximum weight supported is 1000 lb (including mattress)
- This product is not designed for children under 6 years old and/or under 50 pounds (22.7 kg)
- Sofa with hardwood frame is pre-assembled, except the legs (comes with both plastic and chrome legs) and must be placed against a Murphy Bed or a wall to support the back cushions
- Sofa suspension is made with 9-gauge sinuous coils, seat cushions are filled with non-glue cotton covered with D30 foam, and all fabrics have a heavy-duty backing; no nails are used, only staples
- Shelving Unit features 2 fixed and 4 adjustable shelves to accommodate items of various sizes, and 1 grommet for wire management
